Partial Custom Color W/ Blowdry
Partial application for all over color with foils, root color with foils, highlights, lowlights, balayage, color melting, ombré or baby lights. Partial application usually includes a half head of foils with hair left out. Pricing varies based on thickness, length and product usage.
